TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering, entering, or participating in any event conducted by Aurum Poker Grand (“APG”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all players, guests, and participants.

  • Players must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • Valid identification may be required at any time.
  • APG reserves the right to refuse entry at its sole discretion

  • All players must hold a valid Aurum Poker Grand Membership.
  • Players must provide accurate and complete information.
  • Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may result in suspension or removal.

  • All entry fees, re-entries, and add-ons must be paid in full prior to participation.
  • Entries are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Tournament structures, buy-ins, and guarantees are subject to change.

  • Upon registration, players are expected to take their seat promptly.
  • A player is considered in play only once their ticket is presented to the dealer.
  • Players not seated within a reasonable time may have their stack blinded off.
  • APG is not responsible for locating players.

  • All tournaments are governed by:

    • APG Rules
    • Tournament Directors Association (TDA) Rules (where applicable)
  • The Tournament Director’s decision is final in all matters.

  • Guaranteed prize pools will be honoured as advertised.
  • Prize payouts are subject to final verification of results.
  • APG reserves the right to adjust payouts in cases of error or unforeseen circumstances.

Players must:

  • Act in a respectful and professional manner
  • Not engage in collusion, cheating, or unethical behaviour
  • Follow all staff instructions

APG reserves the right to:

  • Issue warnings
  • Remove players without refund
  • Ban players from future events

Players must comply with:

  • Venue rules
  • Local laws and regulations

Failure to comply may result in removal.

  • All funds are handled with strict internal controls.
  • APG does not hold player funds beyond event participation requirements.
  • Any disputes must be raised immediately with tournament staff.

APG reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, postpone, or modify events
  • Change structures, formats, or schedules

  • Participation is at the player’s own risk.
  • APG is not responsible for:

    • Personal loss or injury
    • Lost or stolen property
    • Technical or operational disruptions

  • Player data is collected for registration, operations, and marketing purposes.
  • Information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

By participating, players

  • Consent to being photographed or recorded
  • Grant APG the right to use media for promotional purposes

APG supports responsible gaming practices.
Players are encouraged to play within their limits.

APG reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Tournament Tickets must be presented and verified at registration at the time of the event. Entry will not be permitted without valid ticket confirmation.

Tournament Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date stated on the ticket and cannot be used for any other event unless approved by APG.

  • Tournament Tickets won in regular or special events as part of a prize pool are fully transferable, provided you are the original ticket holder.
  • Tournament Tickets awarded through promotions funded by Aurum Poker Grand or the Poker Room (e.g., leaderboards, promotions, player of the week) are non-transferable, unless the player holds more than one (1) ticket to the same event.
  • All Tournament Tickets may be transferred once (1) only, and must be initiated by the original ticket holder.

  • All transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event.
  • All transfers are subject to approval by Aurum Poker Grand.
  • Unapproved transfers will be deemed invalid.

Any form of duplication, reproduction, or tampering with Tournament Tickets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation.

Tournament Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale to any third party. Any breach may result in:

  • Ticket cancellation
  • Player suspension or ban

Aurum Poker Grand reserves the right to alter event dates, times, formats, or locations due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

By holding or using a Tournament Ticket, players grant Aurum Poker Grand irrevocable, royalty-free consent to capture and use:

  • Photography
  • Video
  • Any other media

for promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.

Aurum Poker Grand reserves the right to cancel or void any Tournament Ticket at its sole discretion, including in cases of:

  • Breach of terms
  • Suspected fraud or misconduct

All ticket holders agree to comply with:

  • Aurum Poker Grand Terms & Conditions
  • House Rules
  • Applicable tournament rules (including Tournament Directors Association standards where applied)

By presenting or using a Tournament Ticket, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Read
  • Understood
  • Agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions

All Tournament Ticket transfer requests and enquiries must be submitted in writing to:

Tickets are not redeemable for cash and hold no monetary value outside of tournament entry.
